As red cards go, they come no more bizarre - except for once in a while nature calls.
In what may be a FA Cup initial, a goalkeeper was shipped off for "peeing in a fence" during a match.
The attendant being referred to is Connor Maseko of Hampshire side Blackfield and Langley FC, who play in the 10th level Wessex League.
The episode happened in the 76th moment of their 0-0 draw with Somerset side Shepton Mallet FC in Saturday's FA Cup first qualifying round tie.
"The ball went out for an objective kick," Blackfield and Langley FC co-supervisor Conor McCarthy told BBC Sport.
"He expected to go to the latrine so he went facing a support and their players began yelling expressing out loud 'whatever's he doing?' to the ref. The ref went dependent upon him and chose to send him off.
"He (Maseko) safeguarded himself. He was inside the support. Some of the time when you need to go you need to go.
"I was gobsmacked. I didn't expect that [sending-off].
"We are in general lovely stunned by the choice."
At that point, a post on Shepton's Twitter account said: "Blackfield guardian is shipped off for peeing in the support! Never seen it."
The game will be replayed and Blackfield tweeted: "See you Tuesday night (ideally get a lot of latrine breaks on the way)."
