In 2020, the Zoopla group bought the Penguin Portals group of insurance comparators from the British insurer Admiral and the Spanish Mapfre, which included the portal Rastreator.com . The transaction was valued at 508 million pounds (about 560 million euros).

Rastreator is an online insurance broker and the leading comparator of telephone, finance, car, travel and energy rates that are now included in the Red Ventures (RVU) comparator division.

Recently, the company announced that Fernando Summers will be the new president of Rastreator. Summers will maintain his position as CEO, which he has held since 2016, taking over the presidency from Elena Betés, who founded Rastreator 14 years ago.

According to Summers for  Spain: "Since the acquisition by RVU was officially approved on May 1, 2021, we are operating 100% within the group. However, there has been no change at Rastreator and all jobs have been retained."

“Our strategy has not changed after the operation, nor the objective of becoming the global aid tool par excellence to support the consumer when making the best financial decisions. The big difference is that now we have more strength and more equipment to continue achieving challenges."
