As Reuters reports, Lufthansa returned to operating profit in the second quarter, with an adjusted profit before interest and taxes (EBIT) of 393 million euros between April and June, thanks to the boom in demand for air cargo flights.
Lufthansa's passenger airline business recorded an adjusted EBIT loss of 86 million euros, affected by costs related to flight disruptions.
