One of the provisions included in the articles of this law —which is still a reform of the Workers ' Statute— proposed that its entry into force would come 3 months after its publication in the BOE. The deadline is precisely this Thursday, August 11.

Law enforcement comes this week with a series of outstanding duties. On the part of the firms, which object of this new rule must have worked and regulated the self-employed dealers attending to the new legal precepts, but also to the repeated court judgments that had ruled that the relationship between dealer and platform was that of employee.
