He stressed that the adoption of such decisions is possible only along with the preservation of a strong presidential power, with a strong institution of the president. The distribution of powers between parliament and the government will be discussed in accordance with the proposal of the president in the message, the speaker added.
Speaking generally about the message, he expressed confidence that the document is fully implementable. "Really. In general, if we work, it is possible to fulfill everything that the president says. The previous message is 81% complete, which is higher than the previous figures.
