"I was back on a trip with my partner when she mentioned the problems her friends encountered to find a good style without sacrificing much time," says Oier Urrutia to explain how Lookiero was born, the company she founded and that, in just over 5 years, has established itself as the leading online personal shopper service for women in Europe.

If in February 2016, the Basque company finalized the launch of its website and service in Spain, today more than 3 million registered users endorse its business model. "It's hard to be aware of the speed at which the team has grown. There were 5 of us when we launched Lookiero," says Urrutia with a point of perplexity. Now, his team is made up of 400 people. "On the one hand, it fills me with pride to know that many work on something they are passionate about. On the other hand, it is a great responsibility," he acknowledges.

"We started with great enthusiasm but with the fear and uncertainty of whether the business model would work as we expected. Therefore, I think the most exciting thing is to know that it has worked and has allowed us to grow internationally, " says the manager.
