The Prosecutor's Office ordered the withholding of Bs 44 million from Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA) -Bolivia, as part of the investigation of a former detainee arrested when he intended to travel to Argentina with $ 100,000 not declared.

Prosecutor Marco Villa informed Radio Fides that the withholding requirement was brought to the attention of the Financial Investigations Unit (FIU), which in turn requested the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI) to freeze the accounts of the Venezuelan oil company.
