Pat Sajak opens on frightening health crisis: "I was thinking this must be death"

Fortune Wheel host Pat Sajak is opening up about his recent health crisis after undergoing emergency surgery to repair a blocked gut.

On Friday, Sajak, 73, sat down with Good Morning America for his first interview since his surgery in November, sharing that not only is he doing much better, but that he is actually feeling "great."

"In fact, I've been feeling ridiculously good for several weeks. I'm back in the studio spinning the wheel, and nothing came up," revealed Wheel of Fortune presenter at GMA's Paula Faris.

Recalling the day in November that he was urgently hospitalized for severe stomachache, Sajak told GMA that everything had been normal.
