The lawyer of the pilot of the burned-out in Sheremetyevo SSJ-100 announced a biased investigation

MOSCOW, January 16, FederalPress. Experts in Moscow spoke about the fate of the commander of the SSJ-100 burned down in Sheremetyevo, his defense and the reasons for the tragedy.

Natalya Mitusova, the pilot’s lawyer for the pilot of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 burned out in Sheremetyevo, said that the crash investigation was carried out one-sided and biased. So, only one version of what happened was investigated.

“The preliminary investigation was conducted unilaterally and superficially. This position of the investigation was expected. Pilots have always been blamed for the crash. But people, as a rule, die, ”said Mitusova.

She also added that the crew remained alive in this tragedy, so the protection of the aircraft commander Denis Evdokimov insists on checking all versions of the possible causes of the disaster. The lawyer emphasized that it is necessary to check the technical malfunction of the aircraft, as there are violations (insufficient protection against lightning, improper landing gear design), writes the National News Service.

Recall that the IC of Russia has already established the true cause of the crash of the Sukhoi Superjet 100. It is reported that the cause of the crash was an overload caused by the mistakes of the ship's commander Denis Evdokimov. So, due to excess speed, the board jumped three times during landing, then the landing gear broke down on the liner, which led to a fuel spill and a fire.
