"These last 18 months have been difficult as many companies tried to mitigate the growing number of vulnerabilities and attacks, with little context about external threats and risks," says Karl Thedéén, CEO of Outpost24, referring to how the implementation of teleworking has also been a challenge for cybersecurity.

"That's why constant, automated threat intelligence has become a critical need." The "combined" solution from Blueliv and Outpost24 " will empower customers to accelerate risk reduction by giving them the context of those threats to prioritize solutions, efforts, and improve efficiency and security like never before."

Blueliv has already been part of a list of Spanish cybersecurity startups to follow prepared by investment funds. Proposed by Kibo Ventures, the company had already raised an investment round of 4 million euros (2018) and had in its client portfolio Ibex 35 companies. They were planning to use the money from that round to accelerate its expansion during 2020, in the year of the pandemic.

Its CEO, Daniel Solís, has also commented on the corporate operation by which Blueliv becomes part of the Outpost24 family of solutions. "As we both work and continue on our mission, which is to help businesses and security teams be more effective with their systems, we have found many similarities between Outpost24 and Blueliv, making this operation ideal for offering our customers together a single security offering."

"By sharing our knowledge and combining our best-in-class threat intelligence systems, we can continue to improve and move towards a new standard for risk monitoring together," says Solís.

For his part, Solís himself, who has thanked the messages, has qualified that they will continue to be a Spanish company. "We remain a Spanish company and we maintain equipment, structure and taxation included. Telecoms continue betting on television to improve business: Vodafone launches a new "all in one" decoder with 'premium' sound and integrated with Alexa

The operators have been betting for some years on the television offer within their premium packages. In the midst of the price war in the sector, telecos are looking to sell convergent packages that offer telephone, internet and TELEVISION at a higher average price at the same rate. In this context, Vodafone has just launched its new TV device under the name Vodafone TV 4K Pro.

With the activation command "Hola Átika" the new TV device allows the user with the voice to change channels, search for a movie or play a song.

The difference with other devices of this type, explain from Vodafone, is that it allows you to add functionalities in a single device because in addition to the commands for television the tools of Alexa, the voice assistant of Amazon are added.

The price of this decoder is 5 euros per month for the rental of the device. The company's previous device was rented for 3 euros, although it is also possible to use TV services with Vodafone TV's own app on a smart TV without having to pay an additional fee.

Another feature of the decoder is its loudspeaker acoustically developed by the Danish company Bang & Olufsen that allows you to listen to the TV as if you were using a state-of-the-art soundbar and high definition. In addition, it has the ability to play Dolby Atmos sound, the immersive sound format used in the vast majority of movies that are released in cinema and offered in a large number of video streaming applications.

Vodafone TV voice control is done through 4 built-in hi-tech microphones located on the top deck of the equipment, which can be manually disconnected when the user considers it.

The device also includes Bluetooth 5.0, which also allows the playback of audio sent from an external device, such as a mobile, emulating the behavior of a conventional Bluetooth speaker of high quality.

Among the tools included in the device is a Bluetooth remote control by which it is also possible to control the TV through voice.

Alexa features that this speaker also includes include music playback. This way the customer can ask Alexa on streaming services, including Amazon Music, Spotify or Deezer.

The way you order it from the device is the same as with a company device. This way you can give commands like: "Alexa, put rock on Amazon Music".

Another of the tools that can be managed with this device are the digital home controls, included within the V-Home solutions.

It is also possible to request information from the device such as the news, the weather forecast or the main sports results. This is in addition to alarms, reminders and calendars.
