These are the classic vehicles that have increased more in price in recent years - Classic vehicles price increases recent years - The price of classic cars has been rising over the last few years, reaching some of them really high figures. In fact, there are currently vehicles of this style that cost a real fortune.
To calculate the value of a classic car you don't just have to stop at the state of its body or the level of restoration that has been applied to keep it looking good. Collectors who participate in auctions mostly seek that the production number of these cars has been limited, making them difficult to find.

Another key aspect when establishing the price increase of a classic car is the market demand. The high-performance sports cars that began to be produced in the 90s, such as the Toyota Supra A80, the Nissan Skyline R32 / R33 / R34, the Subaru Impreza WRX STI and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution series do not cost as much as a Ferrari 250 GTO of 1962, although their performance as a car is much lower.
To know much better the increase in value and price of these vehicles, the NetCredit portal has analyzed the revaluations of 24,000 cars in the last 15 years, thus creating a list with the vehicles that have increased more in price.

Each household will save 6 euros a month with the new electricity bill after the VAT drop approved by the Government
The Government of Spain has approved in an extraordinary Council of Ministers held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 the reduction of VAT on electricity from 21% to 10%. According to the Minister of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, Teresa Ribera, the measure will mean a saving of about 6 euros per month in the new electricity bill. More than 10% decrease in the receipt of energy, in the words of the Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero.
The VAT reduction-which will apply at least until the end of 2021– will not affect all users, but individual consumers with a contracted power of up to 10 kW, provided that the average monthly price of the wholesale electricity market is above 45 euros per MWh. The average price of electricity today, June 24, 2021, is 85.73 euros / MWh.
In the case of “severe vulnerable consumers”, this reduction will apply regardless of the contracted power. In addition, the Executive also suspends 7% of the Tax on the Value of Electricity Production during the third quarter of the year.
In the press conference after the Council of Ministers, Montero said that the average power contracted in households is 4.1 kW, so that virtually all of them will benefit. He also stressed that 72.5% of company supply contracts have a lower power, so they will also save on the electricity bill.
According to the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU), 11% of users do not understand the electricity bill. Therefore, they made a small guide, which was published, explaining each of the concepts. They are as follows:
- Company name: which allows you to know if you are in the free or regulated market, since there are many consumers who are unaware even this aspect.
- Period of consumption.
- Reference of the supply contract: it is a fundamental data to identify you, but in many cases it is more useful the CUPS (Unified Code of Supply Point), which identifies your installation and is maintained, even if you change the retailer.
- Toll or access rate: the toll rate is determined based on the contracted power (2.0 if less than 10 kW) and whether or not you have a time discrimination rate (DHA or A). The amount is fixed by the Ministry. With this concept you pay for the use of transport networks, distribution and other regulated costs.
- Contracted power: most households have between 3.3 and 4.6 kW. Below 3 kW you can order the social bonus, and above 10 kW you are no longer entitled to the PVPC rate of the regulated market.
- Billing by contracted power: it is paid, even if there is no consumption. Therefore, the higher the power, the more you pay. Two concepts are broken down, toll and marketing margin. In both cases, the contracted kW is multiplied by the daily price and the number of days invoiced.
- Billing for energy consumed: it is paid based on what is actually consumed. The company charges for every kWh of energy consumed. In the regulated market it is divided into access tariff and energy cost in the wholesale market for that period (changes on each invoice).
At the same time, 2 of the main user organizations, the OCU and FACUA, have received with sustained satisfaction this measure from the State Executive, since, in both cases, they remember that it is something that they have been demanding for years. However, they consider it clearly insufficient. From FACUA they regret that "the Government forgives electricity generation tax and only lower VAT for 6 months"” They demand that, instead of eliminating this tax, “the surpluses that are being collected this year be used to reduce the regulated charges paid by users. Although the forecast for this year is that the part of the tax that depends on the auction marginal (pool) would represent revenue of 900 million euros to State coffers, the steep increase in rates is causing the figure has been increased, so that at the end of the year could be around 1,400 million”.
The suspension of the tax on power generators, they say, “will not prevent electricity companies from raising their rates even further.” Therefore, they ask”that the around 500 million extra income that will be collected by this way be used to cut the regulated part of the tariff that depends on the Ministry for the Ecological Transition".
In the case of the OCU they figure in 6.5 euros per month what each family can save on the new electricity bill with the decrease in VAT, but, " in an environment of prices as high as the current ones, the electricity bill is still very high”, they emphasize. Regarding the stoppage of the electricity tax, they trust that it will also mean a decrease in the bill, which, they estimate, could increase the reduction to 10 euros per month.
Like FACUA, they criticize the temporality of the measures and request others " to end the lack of transparency and control of the current electricity market, while empowering the consumer. Only in this way will we be able to achieve fairer and more affordable electricity rates,” they note.
